Service Description
Model + Actor Portfolio session with Talent Manager and XIST Founder, Maria DeSantis. A comprehensive, industry-level full portfolio shoot. **For prospective XIST clients, we include a talent assessment for development and booking potential. Session Includes: • 75 minute on-location sitting (natural light) • 3 Looks (wardrobe change + light hair style variation) • Guidance on look selection and outfit strategy • Headshots + 3/4 body + full length • 120 curated proofs delivered via private gallery • 10 professionally retouched final images • 5 image print-ready Compcard • Industry guidance on overall potential and personal talent positioning. *Hair and Makeup not included. Clients arrive camera-ready. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ *Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours (non-weather related) will require a new deposit to rebook. No-shows forfeit their deposit. **Weather Policy Sessions are photographed outdoors using natural light. In the event of heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Weather decisions are made by the photographer 24 hours prior to the session. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your new session date.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. • The Casting Launch: $150 deposit • The Model Launch: $300 deposit The remaining balance is due at the start of your session via Square, Venmo, CashApp or Cash. Clients may choose to pay in full at the time of booking. Deposits are transferable in the event of weather-related rescheduling but are otherwise non-refundable.
