When we identify faces and personalities we would like to invite to work with us under Exclusive contract, we will reach out directly with an audition invite and details. What do we look for? Well, in addition to physical appearance aligned with current casting trends, we pay close attention to parent attentiveness and availability with our casting notices, professionalism with bookings (on-set punctuality, preparedness, client feedback), and an overall eagerness to work and succeed in The Biz from parents and kids! For Influencers, we look for active Instagram and Tik Tok accounts with 10k+ followers, regular posts, and active engagement.
